Posting standard ads on Baramati Marketplace is completely free. However, if you purchase Premium or "Boosted" ad services, the following refund policy applies.
Due to the digital nature of "Boosted Ads", once an ad has been successfully boosted and pinned to the top of the platform, the payment is considered final and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical error during checkout that results in a duplicate charge for a single Boost, please contact our support team at support@baramatimarketplace.com within 3 days. We will review the server logs and initiate a full refund for the duplicate transaction.
If you choose to delete your ad before the 7-day boost period expires, you forfeit the remaining boosted time. No partial refunds will be provided.
If our moderation team removes your boosted ad due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., fraudulent activity or illegal items), no refund will be provided.
